Kirsten Wagenaar works as an online community strategist for KREM. She has worked with various organizations to develop successful online communities (b2b, b2c as well as c2c). Kirsten is the founder and chair of the Dutch Association for Community Management. She also gives workshops about community management, blogs about the subject on www.communitymanagers.nl and speaks regularly in public about community building.
